General purchasing and contracting conditions

Our general purchasing and contracting conditions, and the framework procedure for rating and evaluating suppliers, state that suppliers and contractors must comply with current legal requirements and other standards such as the Fundamental Conventions of the International Labor Organization relating to labor rights, and applicable environmental and health and safety provisions. They must also, in any event, comply with the internal regulations and practice of the Repsol YPF Group.
